Deploy Network

Terms of use

Last updated: 10/8/2026

Purpose

Deploy Network is a platform connecting ESSDs (private security and defense companies) with former military personnel working as contractors. It offers a talent pool of candidate profiles that registered companies can browse, as well as a space to publish mission offers. Accessing and using the site implies full acceptance of these terms of use.

Access to the service

The service is free and open to adults and to companies in the private security sector. Browsing the talent pool and publishing offers are reserved for company accounts; applying to offers is reserved for candidate accounts.

Candidate and company accounts

The candidate account relies on declared information: identity, certifications, desired zones and mission types, availability, languages, and, where applicable, a proof of service document and a CNAPS professional card number. This information is neither verified nor authenticated by Deploy Network.

The company account relies, depending on the country of registration, on a SIREN number (French companies, automatically checked via the official public API at registration) or on a declared national registration number (companies from other countries, not verified, optionally accompanied by a registration document), as well as on declared information (business sector, CNAPS licence where applicable) that is not verified.

Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

How the talent pool and offers work

The talent pool lets registered companies browse the profiles of candidates who have chosen to be visible there, filtered by declared criteria. Each candidate can turn their talent pool visibility on or off at any time from their profile.

Companies can publish mission offers, which are subject to moderation before going live. Candidates can apply directly to a published offer.

A connection, whether resulting from browsing the talent pool or applying to an offer, leads to contact details being shared between the two parties concerned. A built-in messaging feature then lets both parties exchange messages directly on the platform; only the company can start a conversation, never the candidate, and no exchange is possible between two candidates or between two companies.

Role and limits of the platform

Deploy Network structures, filters, and connects candidates and companies; it does not take part at any point in the final selection of candidates, which is the sole responsibility of the company. Deploy Network is not a party to the exchanges, discussions, or missions agreed between a candidate and a company, and cannot be held liable for the consequences of these exchanges.

No payment

The service is currently free for candidates and companies alike. No payment feature is integrated into this version of the service.

User obligations

The user undertakes not to provide false information, not to impersonate a third party, to use the platform solely within the context of recruitment in the private security sector, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Moderation and account deletion

Deploy Network reserves the right to refuse or remove the publication of an offer that does not meet the required criteria, and to suspend an account in the event of abusive or fraudulent use. Each user can permanently delete their account and associated data at any time from the “My account” page.

Personal data

The processing of personal data collected on the platform is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

Deploy Network may amend these terms of use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date the site is consulted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
